This is a question that Max is frequently asked by those who are new to the living foods lifestyle and think that the food is about lettuce leaves and not much else. In reality, those on a living foods regime frequently eat a much greater variety of food than those eating a more standard traditional diet, and don’t feel hungry or deprived, ever!

These classes are for those people who want to find out just how easy it can be to prepare delicious raw meals that might initially seem complicated. Guests can either be totally involved in the preparation or have a more hands-off approach and just observe. The most popular food preparation class is the raw dinner party, where guests can not just participate in the preparation of a 3 or 4 course raw meal, but enjoy it with the hosts afterwards. All dietary sensitivities can be accommodated, including nut and seed allergies. This must be mentioned at time of booking. Many recipes do contain soaked nuts and seeds, but it is quite possible to omit them if needed.
