My daily food intake is usually very simple. I do prepare exciting and tasty raw meals sometimes for a ’treat’ or for visitors but I generally prefer natural foods which need little preparation. Not only very healthy, but the best ‘fast food’ around.
My average daily food:

| 9:30am | High energy smoothie : bananas, avocado, pea greens (home grown), watercress, kelp powder, carob, maca, hemp seeds, bee pollen, water | |
| Lunch | 1:00pm | Green salad mix – kale, watercress, spinach, rocket, sunflower greens (home-grown) red pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, radishes, celery, sprouted lentils, lemon juice dressing. Two nori rolls. |
| Early evening meal | Alfalfa greens and sprouted mung beans – sometimes raw pesto dressing. | |
| Snacks | pumpkin seeds, goji berries, cacao beans, occasionally dehydrated crackers. |
I prefer to eat the majority of my food earlier in the day and less in the evening. This happens to suite me and my lifestyle but everyone has different needs.
